sausage & egg biscuits in one pan (easy clean-up!)
In a non-stick skillet, cook your canned biscuits! Yes you can ! Crack open the can & lay them out in the bottom. You'll need to keep a fairly low heat & watch them, they'll burn.They don't taste bad burnt but not everyone finds it appealing.
Remove them from the skillet & fry small sausage patties. These will be nowhere near the size you get at the fast food joint, so make them small. Press a low spot in the center so they'll cook quickly. Remove onto towelled plate to drain.Remove fat from pan.
Next, break your eggs in the pan & fry them. We like our yolks broken & fried HARD. Salt & pepper if you'd like. (I used 3 eggs for 10 biscuits.I ate one with butter & jam, so for 9 biscuits)
I cut the egg which had cooked into one large piece into pieces that would fit onto the biscuits.
Top with a piece of sausage & American cheese if desired.

This food is all ready for the next meal ! Just warm it up & serve !
